6. Preparation of financial report in xBRL format
   • Filing submission of financial statements in XBRL (or extensible Business Reporting Language) format

Company that is exempt from audit and filing of accounts is still required to prepare a full set of financial statements (compilation report) including explanatory notes and must accompanied by the Directors' Report and the Statement by Directors, and must be prepared in compliance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards ("SFRS") or SFRS for Small Entities (if criteria met).

This compilation report is also sufficient for income tax filing purpose.
